Joe Giudice Is Fighting To Get Back To U.S. For His Children

Former RHONJ star Joe Giudice has hired a new attorney to help him in his deportation case so that he can return to the United States to see his children.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 49 — who shares daughters Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12, with ex-wife Teresa Giudice — told Us Weekly on Friday why he wants to come back after spending two years in his native Italy. (He was deported in October 2018 after serving three years in prison for fraud.)

“I would like to be able to see my children again in our home state, be a part of their lives, be physically present when they need me and watch them grow up,” Joe said, adding that he is also hoping to reunite with more loved ones.

“I yearn to hold my grandmother in my arms again before the time comes [in which] she is no longer on this Earth. [I want to] be with my mother [and] my family, to be in the place I have called home since I was a year old.”

According to the outlet, Joe’s manager Dominique Enchinton connected him with immigration lawyer Jessica M. Cadavid, who is helping the dad of four in his legal battle.

“I’m hopeful and pray that I can finally go home in the near future,” continued Joe, who frequently meets up with his daughters in the Caribbean.

Joe has repeatedly reunited with Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12, in the Caribbean.

Cadavid, of Cadavid & Associates, said that she has been working on the case for two months and is filing a waiver of inadmissibility, which, in her words, is a “kind of a forgiveness from the United States government.”

Cadavid noted that former President Trump’s administration was not keen on approving such waivers, but is more optimistic now that President Biden is in office.

“We are hopeful that this time around, we can take a look at his file with time that has passed from his deportation and the fact that he has a family here, he still has children here,” she said. “He could ask the government for forgiveness and at least come back to be able to see his family.”

The attorney said that it could take “14 months at a minimum” before a judge will be able to address Joe’s case.

Melissa Gorga Teases ‘big explosions’ On The Next Season of RHONJ

Melissa Gorga told Page Six in an exclusive new interview that fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey should anticipate “big explosions” of drama when the long-running reality series comes back for Season 12.

“It’s definitely crazy. There’s moments in there [where] I was like, ‘Wow, I thought we were way past that’ — especially when you think everyone’s happy now and in love bubbles,” she said, pointing to sister-in-law Teresa Giudice’s relationship with her new fiancé, Luis “Louie” Ruelas.

“Then you see things explode and you’re like, ‘Where did that come from?!’” Gorga continued. ‘[It’s] very comparable to the beginning seasons that we’re all remembering.”

When things got rocky among the women of “RHONJ,” the “On Display” podcast host revealed that Ruelas, 46, often stepped in to curtail Giudice’s passionate outbursts.

Porsha Williams Clarifies Timeline of Relationship With Simon Guobadia

Porsha Williams admits her relationship with fiancé Simon Guobadia has been a “whirlwind” — but she insists it didn’t begin until his divorce was already underway.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 40, clarified on Sunday that she direct-messaged Guobadia, 57, on social media after he filed paperwork in January to end his marriage to her former co-star Falynn Guobadia.

“The rest of it is history,” Simon said during the premiere of Williams’ spinoff, “Porsha’s Family Matters.”

The Bravolebrity caused a social media uproar in May when she announced her engagement to Simon while his divorce was still playing out in court.

“I had no idea that the timeline was such a mindf–ck for the public,” Williams said in a confessional, referencing her Instagram post on Mother’s Day in which she debuted her engagement ring while posing alongside Simon and her ex-fiancé Dennis McKinley, with whom she shares 2-year-old daughter Pilar.

Fans immediately started coming for Porsha after she announced her engagement. Some of her family members even mentioned on her new spinoff show that they heard people were saying she was a “husband stealer “.

Tamra Judge Slams Former RHOC Co-Star Shannon Beador, Calls Her A “liar” and tells her to ‘STFU’

Former RHOC star Tamra Judge attacked her former Real Housewives of Orange County co-star Shannon Beador in an angry tweet after the latter Bravo star spoke about the dissolution of their friendship.

“STFU you victim-liar! Not engaging is ’no comment,’” Judge, wrote in response to comments made by Beador, on Access Hollywood’s “Housewives Nightcap” digital segment.

Asked by hosts Emily Orozco and Lauren Herbert if she was hopeful that Judge and fellow ex-“Housewife” Vicki Gunvalson might make an appearance on the upcoming season of RHOC, Beador replied, “No.”

“[Tamra] was my best friend for six years,” Beador explained on “Housewives Nightcap.” “After she left the show, she’s been out there in the press quite often, saying things about me that are untrue. So, I’ve chosen to not engage and not address it.”

LHHATL Star Stevie J Admits He Lied About Wife Faith Evans Cheating & Apologizes For ‘Publicly Humiliating’ Her

Stevie J has issued a public apology to his estranged wife, Faith Evans, for “talking crazy” to her in a video that went viral, last week.

Fans were shocked to see Stevie harshly berating his wife in video footage exposed only days after he filed for divorce. The video was obtained by blogger, Tasha K, and revealed the former Love & Hip Hop star filming himself scolding Faith inside their bedroom. The video lasted one minute and forty-eight seconds.

Stevie posted his apology, via a video on Instagram, on Wednesday.

“I’d like to make this video for my wife. A video was released last week that showed talking crazy to my wife. Publicly humiliate my wife,” the music producer said in the video.

“I’d like to apologize and say sorry that I even allowed someone to come into my home and steal a computer and be able to do that to us,” Stevie added. “You’re an amazing person. I’d like to apologize to your family, they don’t deserve that either. No, she ain’t cheat. I was just in the moment — you know how us guys do. Shereé Whitfield’s Boyfriend, Tyrone Gilliams, Slaps Bravo With A Cease & Desist, Demanding His Name And Image Be Removed From New Season of RHOA

Things are not looking good for Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Shereé Whitfield, and her boyfriend, Tyrone Gilliams. Tyrone has beef with Bravo, according to reports, and has supposedly slapped the network with a cease and desist letter.

The trouble seemingly began when the comeback reality star set up a meeting with Tyrone and tried to have the interaction filmed for the upcoming season of RHOA. TMZ reported earlier this month that Shereé and Tyrone, who is currently under home confinement, had not communicated since the production flop, which occurred on November 6.

Tyrone, 55, was released from prison and transferred to a Philadelphia halfway house in February 2021. It was reported at the time that the couple was already planning their wedding.

As reported — Shereé reportedly told Tyrone that she was leaving New York and coming to Philadelphia for a visit earlier this month. Things seemingly went sideways when Shereé informed Tyrone that she would be bringing a RHOA camera crew to document the meeting. The outlet reported that Shereé was hoping to film a scene in a restaurant, but the plan was shut down due to Tyrone’s home confinement status. A trip to a restaurant could have landed Tyrone back behind bars, so he passed, citing the dicey optics that came with the filming opportunity.

Producers reportedly told Tyrone’s attorneys that they would have the footage edited to make it appear that Tyrone had stood up Shereé. A photo of the returning RHOA alum later circulated on the internet, revealing Shereé sitting alone inside a Philadelphia eatery. Perceptive fans noticed the camera crew and two menus on the table and assumed that Tyrone was part of the picture.

Tyrone’s legal team reportedly sent Bravo a cease and desist letter that accuses the show of using his name and image without his permission. The letter states that because Tyrone has been discussed many times, he has provided a storyline. He believes that Bravo is profiting off his name without his consent, and is reportedly threatening to take legal action if the network does not remove every snippet of his persona from social media and captured RHOA footage. He has yet to film any scenes for the upcoming season.

Tyrone was convicted of wire fraud after being accused of stealing more than $5 million from investors. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, in 2013. He will face three years of supervised release upon his release from the halfway house. He was also ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, according to FBI records. The former baseball player attended Penn State University. He stole millions by operating a Ponzi scheme and used the funds to support a lavish lifestyle. He purchased expensive cars and jewelry and threw extravagant parties. Tyrone even hired celebrities to host the bashes with the money stolen from investors.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 14 is currently in production.

RHOA’s Porsha Williams’ Ex-Fiancé, Dennis McKinley, Questions If She’s With New Fiancé, Simon Guobadia, For Money

Porsha Williams’ new spinoff show, “Porsha’s Family Matters” premiered on Sunday and the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s ex, Dennis McKinley, had a few questions about her romance with Simon Guobadia.

“Porsha called me the morning she got engaged,” Dennis told Porsha’s sister, Lauren, during the episode.

“She just told me she started to date somebody like two weeks before that. So they got engaged in two weeks?” he asked.

“It ain’t the money is it?” Dennis asked, to which Lauren responded—“she has her own money.”

Dennis clarified in a confessional spot that he was not assuming that the mother of his child connected with Simon because of his bank account.

“She wouldn’t be talking to me if I was broke,” Dennis pointed out. “I guarantee that…I would never have had a kid with her if I was broke.”

Dennis remarked that “it looks like she took somebody’s man” and that Porsha looks like the “man stealer of the century.”

RHOA fans know that Porsha, 40, was hit by harsh fan backlash after dropping the engagement bombshell. The Bravo star was introduced to her future husband by his then-wife, Falynn Guobadia. Falynn revealed that the couple was ending their marriage in April, and Porsha announced her engagement to Simon only a few weeks later. The Reality Rundown broke the story about Porsha’s engagement to Simon.
