Nearly nine years after calling it quits — and some 11 months after finalizing their divorce — Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are still battling it out in court.
In a move that could only please the gazillion-dollar-an-hour attorneys involved, the “Real Housewives of New York City” star and her businessman ex will appear before a New York family court judge on Dec. 8 for a hearing involving custody of their daughter, Bryn.
The couple was first granted joint custody of the 11-year-old in 2014, though Frankel went back to court about three years ago to win sole custody. It is not known if next Monday’s hearing has something to do with that effort and Frankel’s rep did not comment.
