The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky shook the reality TV world this past summer when it was announced the couple were separating after 27 years of marriage. This once-adored couple stood as a staple for true love existing and lasting in the wild world of reality TV. The RHOBH couple have let us into their lives throughout 12 seasons since 2010 alongside their daughters Farrah Aldjufrie (33), Alexia Umansky (27), Sophia Umansky (23), and Portia Umansky (15). Kyle Richards Is Protective of Husband Mauricio Umansky

In 2010, Kyle and Mauricio’s relationship appeared as normal as possible in season one. Viewers met a loving couple raising their family in glamorous Beverly Hills. Viewers only learned that Kyle was protective of her husband, as displayed towards the end of the season. We see Kyle enter defense mode as a woman at her “annual white party” on the dance floor all over her husband, Mauricio. Kyle is visibly upset, repeatedly telling the woman, “Get off my husband, you idiot. Get off my husband!” The iconic “dinner party from hell” episode in season one at former RHOBH Camille Grammar’s house will go down in history as one of the best dinners in Real Housewives history. Camille’s guest, Allison DuBois, the medium revealing to Kyle “he’ll never emotionally fulfill you,” could play a part in their separation.

In 2013, during season four, viewers were met with the headlines that Mauricio allegedly had been seen around town with a younger woman. Kyle was not a fan of her marriage being the topic of discussion because, in her confessional, Kyle said, “My husband and I are in love with each other. No tabloid or group of mean girls can take that away from us” after former RHOBH Brandi Glanville brought up the tabloid rumors amongst the other cast members. Kyle was visibly hurt by the ladies bringing these tabloid rumors to the show because she said, “I’ve never brought up lies and tabloids about them. I’ve never done that. I’ve heard lies about every single one of them. I’ve never said that. Fast forward to 2018, during the season eight reunion, Kyle Richards revealed that over $1 million dollars in jewelry and handbags were stolen from their home. Fortunately, the reality TV couple were vacationing with their family in Colorado when the robbery occurred and would go on to celebrate their 25 years of marriage in 2021. However, by summer of 2023, the couple would rock the reality TV world by announcing their separation after 27 years of marriage. The upcoming season 13 will give viewers a front row seat to the couple’s current separation as rumors swirl that Kyle Richard’s has someone new.

On October 7th , Page Six reported Kyle Richards being spotted out with rumored beau Morgan Wade. Despite having denied any romantic involvement with each other, Kyle was spotted picking up Morgan at LAX and the duo were seen walking in matching outfits. The upcoming season will be quite revealing as the fans anticipate many wondering questions surrounding the Kyle, Mauricio and Morgan trifecta.
