The fallout between Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton isn’t just playing out on The Real Housewives of Atlanta anymore—it’s now spilled directly into the comment section.
After No Chaser TV shared a clip discussing Andy Cohen’s recent explanation for why Shamea wasn’t offered a full-time peach years ago, both women entered the comments to defend their sides of the story, turning an already heated debate into an all-out public dispute.
Shamea Pushes Back on Andy Cohen’s Claims
The exchange began after No Chaser TV posted Andy Cohen’s comments suggesting one of the factors that prevented Shamea from becoming a full-time Housewife sooner was that her husband, Gerald Mwangi, didn’t want Bravo filming inside their home.
Shamea quickly disputed that narrative in the comments.
“My husband has never had a problem with me filming at our home or with our children. He just never wanted to be on the show.”
Her response appeared to draw a distinction between allowing production into their home and Gerald personally appearing on camera—a clarification she seemingly felt was missing from Andy’s explanation.
Porsha Fires Back
It didn’t take long before Porsha Williams entered the conversation.
Replying directly beneath Shamea’s comment, Porsha accused her former friend of once again suggesting Andy Cohen wasn’t telling the truth.
“Now you’re implying Andy is lying for the second time,” Porsha wrote before laying out her version of events.
According to Porsha, Andy has already publicly confirmed that she spent years advocating for Shamea to receive a full-time peach on RHOA. She also defended Andy’s latest comments, insisting that the real issue wasn’t Gerald refusing to appear on camera—it was his unwillingness to have filming take place inside their home.
Porsha wrote:
“Andy already confirmed that I tried for YEARS to get you on RHOA as a full-time Housewife.”
She continued:
“Andy is saying that the REAL reason, which hasn’t been discussed until now, is that Gerald didn’t want you filming in the home.”
Porsha ended her response with perhaps her strongest accusation yet.
“You are the LIAR steady stirring FALSE NARRATIVES.”
A Friendship That Continues to Unravel
For longtime RHOA viewers, the public exchange is another sign that the relationship between Porsha and Shamea has deteriorated significantly.
For years, the two were considered one of Bravo’s closest friendships, with Shamea frequently appearing alongside Porsha throughout multiple seasons of the franchise. However, Season 17 and the reunion exposed growing tensions between the former best friends, with both women offering very different accounts of what led to their fallout.

All of this while there are a ton of rumors online that Shamea may or may-not be returning to RHOA for the next season. To me, this only segments her further as a character who needs to come back. Clearly, all gloves are off at this point between her and Porsha, I think it is only fair to have a gloves-off season where they can’t ignore each other in every scene.
