Porsha Williams appears to have secured one final major victory in her lengthy divorce battle with Simon Guobadia.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star and her ex-husband have reached an agreement resolving the remaining financial issues between them — and Porsha is walking away with $1,568,181.63, Simon’s interest in their multimillion-dollar Atlanta mansion and a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Porsha Gets the House — For Real
Perhaps the biggest part of the agreement involves the former couple’s Atlanta mansion, which has been one of the central assets in their contentious split.
According to TMZ, Simon transferred his interest in the property to Porsha through a quitclaim deed, giving up his ownership interest in the home.
On top of that transfer, Simon agreed that Porsha is entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his portion of the home’s equity.
The agreement also gives Porsha significant control over what happens next. She can reportedly refinance the property or sell it in a commercially reasonable manner without needing Simon or an arbitrator to participate in the process.
That is an important development considering the mansion had remained a complicated piece of their divorce long after their relationship ended.
And She’s Keeping the Rolls-Royce
The settlement isn’t limited to the house.
Simon also agreed to transfer the title of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to Porsha.
The luxury vehicle had already been part of Porsha’s earlier divorce victory. When a Georgia judge enforced the couple’s prenuptial agreement in 2025, Porsha was awarded the Rolls-Royce along with $40,000 per month in alimony for 14 to 15 months, depending on the final duration of the marriage.
A Divorce Battle Years in the Making
Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024, approximately 15 months after she and Simon married in November 2022.
What followed was anything but a quiet split.
A major point of contention became the couple’s prenuptial agreement and how their assets would be divided. Court records show that the prenup provided for marital property to be divided 50/50 and laid out a process for resolving disagreements over those assets.
The legal battle eventually swung heavily in Porsha’s favor. A judge upheld the prenup, and Simon subsequently challenged the ruling. His attempt to appeal was later denied.
Meanwhile, Simon’s immigration situation added another layer to the already unusual proceedings. He was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in February 2025 and ultimately deported to Nigeria months later. He participated remotely when the divorce was finalized.
The Final Deal
Now, more than two years after Porsha initially filed for divorce, the two appear to have resolved what remained.
According to TMZ, Porsha and Simon both confirmed the terms of the agreement under oath during an August 5 hearing, telling the judge that the deal resolved all outstanding issues between them.
For Porsha, the final tally is substantial: $1.568 million in reimbursement, Simon’s ownership interest in the multimillion-dollar mansion and the title to a Rolls-Royce Ghost — on top of the financial benefits she previously secured through enforcement of their prenup.
After one of the messiest RHOA-adjacent divorce battles in recent years, the question of who gets the house finally appears to have an answer:
Porsha does.
